Although the pace slackened a little at the beginning of the second period, Bracknell kept coming forward and went further ahead through hardworking midfielder and man of the match Kath Coveney. Wycombe counter - attacked on a few occasions earning a couple of penalty corners - one of which sadly was deflected into the Bracknell net by their own defence giving Wycombe the benefit of an own goal.
