Even so the manner of the performance was given the priority as once again the Bracknell Terriers strived to embed in youngsters the right way to play. As it happened both priorities were achieved with the Terriers playing well structured hockey that gained the reward of a well deserved 6 - 2 victory. The scorers were Steve Williams and Tom Cunnife with two apiece; Williams also forced an own goal with a pass into the circle that forced the defenders to play only to see their attempt divert the ball into the goal and the sixth was provided by Sam Yule. It was particularly pleasing to see Tom Cunniffe pick up a brace; Zak Brayshaw contain the one real danger Henley threatened in the first half by bottling up the left hand side of the midfield in the second half and also the composure and game plan delivery from Connor Eatwell.
