5. EH Personal Penalties Guidance

The attached Personal Penalties Guidance has been produced by the England Hockey Officiating Working Group to provide umpires (and players) with general guidance over the awarding of cards. This is not a prescriptive guide, but a helpful way to reinforce what is acceptable and what is not acceptable, that could result in a card.
