South Berkshire Hockey Club is one of the fastest growing hockey clubs in the area with an offering for both serious and social players alike. Located at Cantley Park in Wokingham, South Berks runs 6 Men’s and 5 Ladies’ teams alongside comprehensive junior and masters hockey programmes to provide hockey for every age and ability.

The club plays within the South Central leagues, with the Men’s 1st XI competing in Premier Division 1 and the Ladies’ 1st XI in Premier Division 2. In our junior section we have girls and boys age groups ranging from under 8s through to under 16, catering for over 200 juniors.

Teams range from experienced players through to development and social hockey to suit everyone's skill levels. For those new to the sport or out of practice, keep an eye out for our Back2Hockey sessions taking place each Summer!

Training sessions run across Monday to Thursday evenings, with scheduled sessions for each squad and our performance teams training twice per week. For the full up to date training schedule please see the ‘Training’ section under the Information tab.

We’re pleased to offer half price registration to new members, making us a great value option to continue your hockey career, pick a stick back up, or try something new!
